When I found out that the coffee shop that I go to (Java Abilities) allows people to play games, I not only created a group of games that would be perfect to play in a coffee shop (quick and easy on a small table), but I included a couple coffee / tea themed games as well.

Suggestions adapted from Efrain Rivera to increase the point system (so the game won’t be so low scoring):
Completed Orders
• Official: Each completed order is worth 1 point.
• Increased Rule: 2-ingredient = 1 point, 3-ingredient = 2 points, 4-ingredient = 3 points.
Upgrading
• Official: Pay with 3 completed orders.
• Increased Rule: Pay with 3 or more points. Examples:
One 2-ingredient beverage (1 point) plus one 3-ingredient (2 points) equals 3 points.
Two 3-ingredient beverages (4 points) would work too, but you’d lose 1 point in the trade.
Rush Tokens
• Official: move 1 extra space.
• Increased Rule: move 1 extra space OR collect an extra ingredient from your current location.
End Game Scoring
• Official: 1 point per completed order, 2 per cafeteria upgrade, minus 1 per failed order.
• Increased Rule: 1 point for 2-ingredient orders, 2 for 3-ingredient, 3 for 4-ingredient. Add 2 points per upgrade, 1 bonus point for specialty orders, and subtract 1 for each failed order.
