Great Overview plus How To Play:
Interesting View – playing nice (mostly… well, kind of :)
How to Play in THREE MINUTES:
Watch six players play the game – hilarious! … then after that, the next video is a four player game where they play VERY differently! Then ANOTHER game with these same six players!

EXPANSIONS
Each expansion typically adds at least 20 more aliens PLUS a couple other cool things to the game. The base game can play up to 5 players … but a 6 player game is supposed to be the “Sweet Spot”, so one of the three expansions that includes another player would be an important expansion (Incursion, Alliance, Conflict). The consensus is that Cosmic Incursions is the best of all the expansions! First … a quick overview of all the expansions:

Another Reviewer (who actually is a co-developer of some of the expansions) looks at them completely differently:
Next … the favorite expansion:

Discussion with a Designer and Publisher:
Cosmic Storm
Adds 25 new aliens and Space Stations
=> *Cosmic Storm Rules (Official) // BoardGameGeek
space stations and 25 new aliens
INTERESTING … first a review that LIKES this expansion A LOT (says all the aliens are great). Then watch the next review that is the opposite – basically HATES this expansion and thinks that most of the aliens are mediocre or just terrible.
Other non-essential Expansions
