Zombie Kidz Evolution

Don’t worry – evolution is not in the game at all – it just means it is the sequel to Zombie Kidz

Personally, I don’t see what OTHER people see in Zombies… but they seem to be the big thing in games (I suppose they are a good alternative to fighting off aliens). If you are OK with fighting off Zombies, then here is a very interesting Cooperative game! (so all players are working together to beat of the Zombies). The unique thing about this game is that the rules gradually change as you play … there are secret envelopes that you open when you win that grant you more super powers etc.

Carcassonne (Big Box with 11 expansions)

=> Scoring Small Cities & Farms (small cities get 4 points plus 2 extra points for each shield / farms are scored on the basis of fields, one field at a time (thus a city can be counted towards two or more fields)

NOTE: most expansion just add complexity (not fun) so choose carefully! Probably only choose 2 or at most 3 expansions because as you keep adding more and more tiles, they get diluted and you rarely see the new expansion tiles! PLUS with too many expansions, the game takes A REALLY LONG TIME TO PLAY!

Tsuro (very fast easy to learn game)

This is a game that you can setup and play in ten minutes or less.  And have lots of fun the whole time. Short but sweet. A casual glance at the game makes it look like everything is just random and you just see who is lucky. However, that is not the case. Yes, you can play it fast and more or less randomly … yet you also can spend just an extra 20 seconds and see some strategies to which tile you place and how you place it! There are definitely many strategies involved with Tsuro! Many!
